1 Definitions and Interpretation

The following terms used in these Terms carry specific meanings:

• "gbaiee" or "Platform" refers to the gbaiee.cam website and all services under it.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any person registered on gbaiee.
• "Account" refers to a user's personal registered account on the gbaiee platform.
• "Services" refers to the online gaming, betting, and all related features provided by gbaiee.
• "Bonus" refers to the welcome bonus, cashback, or any other incentive provided by gbaiee.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the amount that must be wagered before a bonus can be withdrawn.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to use gbaiee's services. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to verify age at any time, and if age cannot be confirmed, the account may be suspended or closed.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each user may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be permanently closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

You must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration. Your name, date of birth, mobile number, and other details must be completely correct. gbaiee reserves the right to close an account and forfeit deposited funds if false or incorrect information is provided.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login information completely confidential. Your password should not be shared with or disclosed to anyone. You will be personally responsible for all activities carried out using your account.

• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the gbaiee support team immediately.
• Allowing anyone else to use your account is prohibited.
• If you log in from a public or shared device, you must log out at the end of the session.
• It is advised not to use weak passwords and to change them regularly.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount on gbaiee is ৳500 (five hundred taka). This limit applies to all payment methods. The maximum deposit limit may be set according to account level.

4.2 Withdrawal Limits

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal requests generally take 10 to 45 minutes to process. However, in some cases the verification process may take longer.

4.3 Payment Methods

gbaiee currently supports the following payment methods:

• Nagad
• Rocket
• Bank Transfer

Withdrawals will be paid through the same method used for the deposit. Withdrawal requests via a different method may be declined.

5 Welcome Bonus and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus Terms

gbaiee offers new members a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500
• Deposit ৳22,000 → bonus capped at ৳15,000 → total balance ৳37,000

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 10x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means the bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until a total wager equal to 10 times the bonus amount has been completed.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each member may claim any bonus offer only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement has been completed.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined or activated at the same time, unless stated otherwise.
• gbaiee reserves the right to cancel a bonus if misuse of a promotional offer is suspected.
• gbaiee may change or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

6 VIP Membership and Rewards Program

gbaiee operates a rewards program with three VIP levels. Each level includes a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Silver: weekly cashback up to 1.0%
• Gold: weekly cashback up to 1.5%

Members have the opportunity to advance to higher VIP levels by playing regularly and actively on the platform. The criteria for determining VIP levels are reviewed by gbaiee and are subject to change.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gbaiee platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Organized betting for the purpose of bonus abuse or arbing.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial transactions.
• Using automated software, bots, or artificial means to operate games.
• Any attempt to manipulate game results.
• Attempting to access another member's account without authorization.
• Threatening or harassing any third-party individual or official associated with gbaiee.
• Intentionally exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform for personal gain.

Involvement in any of the prohibited activities above will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all deposited funds and bonuses.

8 Gaming Policy and Fairness
